Here are a couple of the things that I have the most experience with and feel I’m best suited to be able to help you with.

You’ll have to forgive me for them all being so dreamy. 🙂

Dream Integration

In Dream Integration, one learns in creative, and practical ways to bring the insights, symbols, and narratives of their dreams into the consciousness of waking life.

This can be for the purpose of aiding in creative endeavors, interpersonal relationships, self-understanding, or personal growth, but is ultimately a way of connecting us to our dreams and and allowing them and the parts of us that they reveal to transform our lives.

Dream Work

Dream work is the process of taking a dream, or set of dreams, and working through those experiences to find deeper understanding and connection in one’s waking and dreaming life.

This includes dream interpretation, but in a way that is less about explaining what the dream means, and more about helping you to understand it in the context of your own life and to learn your unique symbology and way of relating to the world.

Psychedelic Integration

Integrating psychedelic experiences is a process which is very similar to the way that we integrate and incorporate the lessons that we can learn from our dreams. Both can be intense, profound, and beautifully terrifying experiences, and both are often presented to us in symbolic and spiritual ways. Both bring unconscious content to the surface and are capable of providing great insight if they can be understood and lived out.

In Psychedelic Integration, we’d walk through the psychedelic experience and interpret it and understand it in the context of your life experiences, intuition, and desires for growth. With that understanding, we would then work on designing ways of living them out, both through action and external change, but also through the tending to the garden of the spirit, through meditation, spirituality, and other forms of self-care.

About Me

Hi, I’m Kat! This is a little bit about who I am, my experience, and why I’m doing this.

Like most people, I’ve been dreaming my entire life, but I’ve also been journaling and studying my dreams for almost a decade. I’ve learned a lot about myself through this and that information has helped to transform my life, both in pursuing creative interests, but also to understand my family/relationships, gender identity, and to foster my own spiritual practice.

Apart from my own dreams, I also work as a dream researcher, studying the psychological content of peoples dreams and the patterns and meaning that they contain. I’ve worked on and written research articles, digital publications, case studies, and work using AI and data analysis to help people to better understand dreams.

Beyond my interest and experience with dreams, I’ve also had my fair share of psychedelic experiences, and both related and unrelated struggles with mental health. These experiences really gave me an understanding of the depths of suffering and a compassion for people going through those kinds of issues. I saw the need for better therapy, dream work, and psychedelic integration.

While not as of yet a therapist, it’s something I’m moving toward and in the meantime, felt that it was important to offer what I could in the areas that I’ve been uniquely impacted by and felt that I had something valuable to offer.

And just a little bit about my own personal symbology and way of relating to the world:

Spirit Animal: Panther
Color: Blue
MBPT: ENFP1
Sun Sign: Sagittarius
Moon Sign: Leo
Tarot Card: Eight of Swords
